Are your electricians and plumbers qualified?
Absolutely. We only allow fully qualified electricians and plumbers to work on our sites and we regularly check their qualifications every 3 months to ensure everything is up to date. Our electricians are NICEIC certified and our plumbers are Gas Safe certified.
Will I get a certificate for any electric or gas work?
Once all the relevant work has been carried out and checked by our professionals, we will then issue you with all the relevant certificates. During the work, we also take pictures of how the cables or pipes are run and where they are in relation to the floorboards and walls, that way you have a complete understanding of how your property is connected should you wish to make any minor changes in the future.
Do you provide all materials for electric and gas work?
We provide the 1st fix for all electric and gas work; this refers to all cables, pipes and everything that goes behind the walls or under the floorboards. The 2nd fix is requested from our clients; this refers to the switch and socket plates, light fixtures or spotlights, boilers, radiators, sanitaryware, etc; easily described as everything you can physically see. The reason for this is simply because the options available for the 2nd fix vary tremendously and are personal choices for the client to make based on their individual preference and lifestyle.
